By bypassing the land purchase and simply purchasing your custom built home from one of our builders, who will build the home for you on the lot of your choosing, your down payment will be much lower. In some cases there is even a no down payment loan to purchase the homes which range from $200-350,000 depending on size. This route can change your cash to close figure and cost to close figures by more than $40,000 on a typical $200,000 home.
